Driving:
- From Sydney – about 2.5 hours from south side, 3 hours from Sydney centre.
- From Canberra - 2 hours
- Both trips offer well placed rest stops, scenic driving conditions and interesting towns to explore en route if you choose to stop and grab a bite if you’re not in a hurry to start enjoying the Burrill Lakehouse.
Located around a kilometre from the Princes Highway, out of the rattle and hum of traffic and offer a peaceful existence.
Travelling form Sydney, enjoy Kiama, then Berry or take the coastal route and visit Werri Beach (great fish and chip shop) Gerringong and Gerroa. Onwards to Coolangatta (the original one from which the ship run aground in Qld therefore naming the popular surf beach) travel on to Nowra, and on to Milton then you’re only a few minutes from Ulladulla, then we are 5 minutes south. Across the Burrill Lake Bridge turn right at Balmoral St, where the shops are, next follow until you come to Lake View Drive, turn left we are third from the end before Moore St.
From Canberra, travel to Batemans’ Bay, turn north through Termeil, then Tabourie Lake next is Burrill Lake, turn left at Balmoral St, where the shops are, next follow until you come to Lake View Drive, turn left we are third from the end before Moore St.
