The house is set in an enviable position, right on the lake-front and is very easy to find, just 1 kilometre off the Pacific Highway. Travelling south from Ulladulla on the Pacific Highway, take the first turn left off the highway after the Burrill Lake Bridge.
With your first step into the Burrill Lakehouse front garden, you’ll instantly be amazed with the beach-meets-rainforest ambience. Continue along the boardwalk to be greeted by this well-maintained, well-planned holiday home with four full-sized bedroom, two bathrooms, two lounge areas with large screen TV’s and a full kitchen which has been thoughtfully designed to include all guests in the action as it flows through to the lounge room.
While this is definitely not luxury resort living, the Lakehouse offers its own distinctive style of indulgence with waterfront location and promises of relaxation and enjoyment and all the necessities of first-world existence within close proximity. Easy walking distance to supermarket, hair salon and newsagent and most importantly to “Brill”, the locals’ own coffee shop. For eateries, Ulladulla offers a range of great options. From your lake-front position you can enjoy swimming and drifting in and out of the lake with the tide, then try the lakes entrance at Dolphin Point. Just walk along the well maintained bike and walkway. It’s a fun walk to the safety of this lakeside sandy bottomed inlet.
